Minimum Night Requirements:
Rates do not include state and local sales tax. Stays of 7 nights and longer will receive a 5% discount. Rates are subject to change at any time. Atlantic Terrace will do its best to provide you with the requested room number; however, specific room numbers are not guaranteed during the course of your stay.
Cancelations: Cancelations and date changes must be made 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a $30 cancelation fee for reservations 6 nights or fewer OR a $75 fee for reservations 7 nights or longer. Modifications/cancelations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit portion of/entire deposit. Cancelations after 3pm the day of arrival and no shows will be charged in full for first night (in addition to non-refundable deposit). No refunds for early departures.
Check-In: Balance is due upon arrival by cash or credit card. A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Sorry we do not accept American Express) must be provided at check-in regardless of payment method for a $125 incidental/security hold, which will be released upon check-out. ID is required upon check-in. If any person other than the reservation holder intends to check-in please contact us to give permission for them to do so.
